Mech 3 by TheUncannyKen Mech 3 by TheUncannyKen
hello all,

Still on for more of these 3D based concept designs?

This guy started as a tribute to the wonderfully awesome mechs from "Front Mission".
It kind of evolved into a more weapon-less/Aliens-ish/industrial styleloader (but not yellow...)

I deeply apologize for the pair of small hands, but it was too late to redo anything and... the show must go on!

Love seeing the different drawing stages like watching robo-evolution in action!

Perfect for holding Mech-sized weaponry... I'd pilot it any day, missiles or no!

The hands actually lend themselves to a more interesting silhouette. Going from the large shape of the shoulders to the smaller shape of the hands gives it more visual interest... at least in my opinion :)
